Embedded Commands
Commands may be embedded within a document. These commands are tagged with [[]], and the tags are replaced with the return value of the command. If the command completes successfully without a return value, the tag is replaced with an empty string.
The format of the tag is [[command arg=value arg=value ...]].
The executable that does the processing is called munge. It may be called from the command line or via cgi.
This procedure is also used to generate the documents returned by the CGI commands. In this case, the following additional commands are available:
- retval
- error
- error_type - an integer
- command_name
- arg
ARG - returns the argument ARG from the CGI URI.
